This product of us is grown in the region of Aydin mostly. It is one of the best features of the olive being harvested when it is half-slip, and, it is succulent and large in terms of caliber, at the same time. This olive variety of us, which can be produced seedless and sliced, is one of our olives with a long shelf life because it is prepared by the brine method.
